Redbreast 15 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Single pot still whiskey is made from malted and unmalted barley, distilled in copper pot stills at a single distillery, and this spirit is triple distilled.
It is full-bodied and carries a sherry influence. It is chill-filtered and has caramel colouring added.
Berries and juicy stone fruit meet freshly ground pepper, followed by malty grain and notes of toasted wood.
