Redbreast Lustau Edition Iberian Series (70cl)

This is Redbreast Lustau Edition, an Irish single pot still whiskey from the Iberian Series. Redbreast is made at Midleton from malted and unmalted barley and distilled three times. The whiskey finished its maturation in former oloroso sherry casks, which came from the Lustau bodega. It is sold in a 70cl bottle. The sherry casks are credited with adding sweetness and spicy notes, which carry into a long, pleasant finish.
