Redemption Bourbon is an Indiana-distilled bourbon bottled at 42% ABV (84 proof) in a 750ml bottle. Its mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, giving a sweet, corn-led base with a lively rye spice at the back.
It can be taken neat, over ice or in cocktails. The nose is sweet, with vanilla extract, toasted oak, light caramel and a hint of baking spice. The palate is smooth and balanced, with rich caramel, warm vanilla pudding and a gentle peppery rye note. The finish is clean, warming and medium in length, with lingering sweet corn and soft spice.
