Redil Ipsa Sua Melior Fama is a whisky in a 75cl bottle at 43% ABV.
The nose is led by dry malty notes, followed by subtle nuttiness, old wood and a herbal background. A slightly medicinal, waxy character is attributed to decades spent in glass. The body is light to medium, with a markedly cereal start, soft toasted caramel, grain and a faint touch of white pepper. The finish is short to medium and dry, with a very muted trace of wood and sherry.
