A high rye bourbon from Redwood Empire Whiskey, named Devils Tower. It is made from a four-grain mash bill with approximately 45% rye, and is a limited grain-to-glass release.
The bourbon is composed of hand-selected barrels aged for at least five years. The barrels mature in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, which allows a slow and even extraction of flavour.
