Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Cask Strength Bourbon

Pipe Dream is a cask strength bourbon from Redwood Empire Whiskey, a brand named after the region its makers call home and take inspiration from. The distillery runs a still that distils in a single pass, which saves both water and energy. Local farmers use the nutrient-rich spent mash as feed for their livestock, and a water reclamation facility makes sure only clean water returns to the local water table.
