Redwood Empire Screaming Titan Wheated Bourbon

Screaming Titan is a wheated bourbon from Redwood Empire Whiskey. Its four-grain mash bill contains at least 30% wheat, and the release is made up of hand-selected barrels aged for at least 5 years. The barrels were aged in the climate of the Northern California coast, in the Redwood Empire region. The name comes from a multi-stem coastal redwood rising over 323 feet in the Grove of Titans, called after the story of naturalist Michael W. Taylor, who screamed on first spotting the grove in the late 1990s.
