Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Cask Strength Rye

Redwood Empire Emerald Giant is a cask strength rye whiskey, bottled straight from the barrel as a limited edition. It was aged for a minimum of four years in the temperate climate of the Northern California Coast. The distillery uses a still that distils in a single pass, saving water and energy. Local farmers take the nutrient-rich spent mash as livestock feed, and a water reclamation facility returns only clean water to the local water table.
