Redwood Empire Lost Monarch is a straight whiskey blend from Redwood Empire Whiskey in Sonoma, California, and the distillery's original blend. It combines 60% rye aged three to five years with 40% bourbon aged four to twelve years, in a 750ml bottle. The sweetness of the bourbon's corn is set against the spice of the rye. It is described as having a butterscotch nose, with vanilla, caramel and delicate maple on the palate and a light, peppery finish.
