Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon Whiskey

Pipe Dream is a California bourbon from Redwood Empire, inspired by the giant redwood trees that give the brand its name. The nose offers maple wood and vanilla with a little honey. On the palate come roasted pecans, creamy vanilla and subtle smoke, finished with a touch of black pepper. The finish carries lingering notes of wood, honey and leather.
