Reservoir – Hunter & Scott Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 42%)

Hunter & Scott is a blended American bourbon established by Reservoir, the distillery in Richmond, Virginia, in 2017. It brings together Reservoir's own grain whiskeys, each distilled separately in Virginia, with selected whiskeys from Kentucky and Indiana. The bought-in components are there to complement and bring out the character of the Virginia spirit. It is bottled at 42% in a 70cl bottle, chill-filtered and without added colouring. The nose is led by vanilla, with tea, stone fruit and tobacco. On the palate come candied cinnamon, caramel, burnt sugar and butterscotch. The finish pairs rye spice with a long wheat note.
