Reservoir Virginia Wheat Whiskey 2024 (70cl, 50%)

Reservoir Virginia Wheat Whiskey is made entirely from wheat grown in Virginia and was bottled at 50% ABV in 2024. It matured for two years in small quarter casks, whose deep charring is known as alligator char. It is non-chill-filtered, has no added colouring and comes in a 70cl bottle. Reservoir Distillery in Richmond, Virginia, produces it as an original bottling. Wheat is one of the distillery's founding whiskeys, established in 2008. On the nose there is port, oak, honey and caramel. The palate is velvety with floral rose petals, and the finish is long, with orange peel, herbs and honey.
