Reservoir – Wheat Whiskey (75cl)

Reservoir Wheat is an American whiskey made from a 100% wheat mash bill, in a 750ml bottle. It is the softest of the distillery's three expressions, and the wheat gives a buttery, savoury and smooth spirit. On the nose there is port, a hint of oak, honey and caramel. The palate has a velvet texture, sweet without being cloying, with perfumed rose petal notes. The finish is long, with orange peel, herbal notes and honey.
