Rhine Hall Pineapple Eau de Vie (75cl)

Rhine Hall Pineapple Eau de Vie is a fruit spirit distilled from pineapple, in a 75cl bottle. Pineapple is a difficult fruit to work with because of its high natural sugar, so it goes through a shortened fermentation cycle. Fresh, it balances sweetness and tartness. Distilled, the focus moves to a deeper, more nuanced side of the fruit, with attention on the husk and its subtler characteristics. Shaking the eau de vie is said to bring out a clearer, more defined tropical character.
