A Ribolla Gialla from Collio DOC, produced by Venica under the L'Aldechi name.
It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose offers white flowers, green apple and fresh citrus, evolving into light aromatic herbs. The attack is slender and linear, supported by lively acidity, with a clean finish, fruity return and pleasant sapidity.
Versatile with fish, shellfish, light starters, vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve moderately cool, around 8-10 °C, in tulip glasses. Dry and vibrant, suited to aperitifs and informal summer lunches.
