A bright straw-yellow Chardonnay from Alto Adige with a clear, balanced aromatic profile of white-fleshed fruit, a citrus nuance and light floral notes. The palate is fresh and linear, with good acidity supporting a medium body, a clean, slightly sapid sensation, a subtle mineral note and a pleasant medium-persistent finish. It pairs with grilled fish and shellfish, vegetable risottos, delicate white meats and fresh cheeses, and is also suitable as an aperitif. Serve fresh but not ice-cold, around 10-12 C.
