A fresh, linear Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige. It shows white-fleshed fruit, delicate citrus and a light floral note, supported by lively acidity and restrained minerality. The palate is slim but well defined, harmonious and clean, with a finish that highlights the fruit. It suits aperitifs and lighter dishes such as seafood crudités, composed salads, delicate risottos and well-seasoned white meats. Best served cold and enjoyed young to preserve its aromatic purity.
