A red wine from Ritterhof, presented as a magnum in a wooden case. It shows a deep ruby colour, with small red and black fruits, spicy notes and a light hint of dark chocolate on the nose. On the palate it has good substance, rounded tannins, balance between freshness and alcoholic warmth, and a savoury finish. It is ready to drink now but also has some ageing potential. Serve at around 16-18 °C with roasts, grilled meats and mature cheeses.
