Riverbourne Identity #8 is an Australian single malt in a 50cl bottle, made at Riverbourne Distillery in the small New South Wales town of Jingera. It is batch 8 of the Identity expression, whose name is a pun on a famous spy thriller series.
The whisky was aged in two casks. The oak influence is restrained, which leaves the character of the distillery's own spirit to drive the flavour.
