Rochelt Mirabelle Plum (37.5cl)

This is a Mirabelle plum eau de vie from Rochelt, in a 37.5cl bottle. It is made from Mirabelle plums grown and harvested in the Weinviertel region of Lower Austria, where the fruit ripens to golden-yellow with a reddish patch on the sunny side, up to three centimetres in size. The plums are picked with care, chopped and put into vats straight after harvest. After distillation the spirit matures for 13 years. The result is a fruit brandy with the full-bodied taste of Mirabelle plums, a variety prized by connoisseurs for that character.
