Roe & Co Blended Irish Whiskey combines malt and grain whiskey, matured in ex-bourbon casks with a high share of first-fill casks. It is bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle and is not chill-filtered.
The nose offers vanilla and a candyfloss-like sweetness with oak, cinnamon and some floral touches. Ripe pear, creamy vanilla and allspice come through on the palate, with a soft mouthfeel. The finish is long and creamy, with sweet cask notes.
