Roe & Co Blended Irish Whiskey (45%)

Roe & Co is a blended Irish whiskey bottled at 45%, combining malt with soft grain whiskey aged in bourbon casks. It was named in honour of George Roe, a pioneer of Irish whiskey, and was created by master blender Caroline Martin with bartenders in Ireland, with cocktails and mixed drinks in mind. It can also be enjoyed on its own. The nose is rounded, thick and creamy, with spice and vanilla from the oak. The palate is well balanced and gently sweet, with spiced pears and vanilla. The finish is long and ends with a hint of Irish cream.
