This is a 20-year-old Calvados from the Pays d'Auge, made in collaboration with the house of Roger Groult and bottled as a small batch.
It is a blend of aged casks from the 2003 to 2006 vintages. The result is an elegant, layered and harmonious Calvados with a softer, finer apple character, a gentle rusticity and the refined complexity of a traditional Pays d'Auge.
