Root Out Root Beer Whiskey (75cl, 35%)

Root Out is a root beer flavoured whiskey in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 35% ABV (70 proof). It starts with an aged whiskey base that is infused with the flavour of classic root beer. It is sweet and creamy, and is meant to taste like a root beer float. It can be sipped over ice, mixed with vanilla vodka or dropped into a cold stout. The nose is creamy root beer, sweet sassafras and a hint of vanilla bean. The palate is smooth, thick and sweet, with root beer and vanilla cream over a gentle whiskey backbone. The finish is sweet and lingering, with a dessert-like warmth.
