A rosé IGT from Ritterhof with a pale pink colour and salmon reflections. The nose brings wild strawberry with light citrus notes and a discreet floral accent. The palate is fresh, medium-bodied and well balanced by savouriness, with soft or absent tannins and good acidity, giving a pleasant persistence. Serve fresh, not too cold, as an aperitif or with composed salads, light fish dishes, sushi, delicate pizzas, fresh cheeses, carpaccio and grilled vegetables.
