A 31 year old Rosebank, distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2022 at 48.1% ABV. It is the second release in a global series of legacy Rosebank bottlings, recalling the distillery's reputation as 'The King of the Lowlands'.
The nose offers citrus, lime, lemongrass, coriander seed, clove, soft vanilla and sugared almonds. On the palate the whisky stays light and vibrant, with mint, camomile, leather, berry and banana bread. The finish sweetens, with hints of peach, oak and long herbal notes.
