This Rosebank is a 31-year-old Lowland single malt from a single cask, #2122, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in its Connoisseurs Choice range at 53.5%. It was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2023. The nose combines lemon zest, ripe apple and white blossom with honey, vanilla and fresh herbs. The palate is creamy, with pear, peach, citrus, fine spices and dry oak. The finish is long and clear, with floral touches, fruit and a gentle woody spiciness.
