This is a 32 year old Lowland single malt from Rosebank, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail from cask 2114 for its Recollection Series. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 51.2%. The whisky was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2024. The Recollection Series is devoted to stocks from closed or historically significant distilleries. The nose offers white flowers, lemon peel and ripe apple alongside honey, vanilla and delicate herbs. The palate is silky, with pear, peach, citrus fruit, malty sweetness and elegant oak spice. The finish is long and fresh, with floral notes, citrus and dry wood.
