Rosebank 21 Year Old Enchantment is the seventh edition of The Roses Series from Elixir Distillers, a Lowland single malt bottled at 50.3% in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition, and its name and floral design echo the delicate, fragrant style of the distillery. The nose combines white blossom, lemon zest and ripe apple with vanilla, honey and fresh herbs. The palate is elegant and creamy, with pear, peach, citrus, malty sweetness and fine spice. The finish is long and clear, with floral notes, citrus and gentle oak.
