A 31-year-old Rosebank single malt from the Lowlands, distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2022 as Release Two. The nose brings lemon and lime together with coriander and clove, and a light touch of vanilla. On the palate there are ripe forest berries and sweet banana, with mint and a note of dark leather. The finish is long and dry, carried by ripe peaches.
