Rosebank – 32 Year Old Release #3

Rosebank Release #3 is a 32 year old Lowland single malt, the third and final edition in the distillery's first global series of legacy releases. It was composed from a selection of casks taken from the small quantity of stock held from before the distillery closed in 1993, and it celebrates the revival of Rosebank. The nose offers pineapple, candied ginger, lemon and marzipan, with white pepper and café latte. The palate is velvety, with malt, thyme, butterscotch, tropical fruit, drying oak and warming spice. The finish is soft and long, with lemon, honeyed porridge and toasted walnut.
