Rosebank – 32 Year Old Release 3 (47.6%)

This is a 32 year old Rosebank, Release 3, a Lowland single malt distilled in 1992 and bottled at 47.6% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Rosebank is in Falkirk and is traditionally triple distilled, with worm tub condensers that add depth and an oily texture. The distillery closed in 1993. Ian Macleod Distillers took over the brand and the site in 2017, the distillery was built again, and production restarted in 2023. The original stills had been stolen after the closure, so they were reconstructed from historical construction drawings.
