Rosebank – 32 Years Release 3

Rosebank 32 Years Release 3 is a Lowland single malt matured for 32 years. It is the third and last release in a series drawn from a small number of casks that survived from before the distillery closed in 1993. Rosebank was bought in 2017 and began making new spirit again in 2023. This release shows the rich, fruity and floral house style the distillery is known for. The nose opens light and fruity, with citrus, apricot and floral and grassy notes. The palate is soft and full, led by peach, orange and apple, then vanilla, coffee and star anise tea. The finish is soft and oily, moving from sweet fruit, caramel and coffee to cumin, turmeric and fresh grass.
