A Cornish single malt from Rosemullion Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It was formerly the distillery's flagship single malt and is now released as Dowr, which is Cornish for water. It has been aged in American oak.
The nose is youthful, with warm pastries and creamy oak over malt. The palate shows malt again, with bright honey and a touch of tobacco and oak. The finish holds a faint hint of the peated barley used.
