A Rosenmuskateller from Ritterhof, with the aromatic profile typical of the grape. Rose petals and a muscat note combine with citrus and white peach, without becoming overpowering. The palate is fresh and linear, supported by discreet savouriness and a soft texture, with a pleasant persistence. Serve cool, around 8-10 °C, in wide but not oversized glasses. It suits light fish dishes, summer starters, herb salads, fresh cheeses, lightly spiced Asian-inspired dishes and low-sugar desserts, as well as aperitifs and informal meals.
