Rosso Montefalco DOC - Spoleto Ducale

A red wine with a frank, measured character, showing ripe red fruit alongside light spicy notes and a final herbaceous hint. On the palate it is balanced, with lively acidity, well-present but smoothed tannins and a softness that supports the sip without heaviness. The structure is medium-full, with a persistence that leaves memories of cherry and peppery notes. It pairs naturally with rustic, savoury dishes such as roast meats, ragù, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Open the bottle a little before serving and serve at around 16-18 °C.
