Rowan's Creek Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 50%)

Rowan's Creek Small Batch is an American bourbon from the Willett distillery, bottled by hand at 50.05% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a mashbill of 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% barley, using barrels aged between 5 and 15 years. It belongs to the Small Batch Boutique Bourbon Collection that Willett launched in the 1990s. The name comes from the creek running through the distillery grounds, which is itself named after John Rowan, a Kentucky statesman whose mansion is said to have inspired Stephen Foster's song 'My Old Kentucky Home'.
