Rowan's Creek Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 50%)

A small batch bourbon from the Willett distillery, part of the Small Batch Boutique Bourbon Collection that the distillery launched in the 1990s. It is named after the creek running through the distillery grounds, which takes its own name from John Rowan, a Kentucky statesman of the late 1700s and early 1800s. The mashbill is 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% barley. The bourbon is made from barrels aged between 5 and 15 years and bottled by hand at 50.05% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
