Rozelieures Fût de Vosne-Romanée is a French whisky made from malted barley by the Rozelieures distillery and bottled at 46%. It was aged in oak casks that previously held wine from the Vosne-Romanée appellation. The nose shows red fruit, dried fruit and vanilla, with woody, lightly spiced touches from the wine cask. The palate is ample and elegant, leading to a long finish with fruity, subtly toasted nuances.
