Rozelieures – Le Parcellaire Mont-Poiroux (43%)

Rozelieures Le Parcellaire Mont-Poiroux is an unpeated French single malt bottled at 43%. The winter barley was grown on clay-limestone soil in the Mont Poiroux plot, planted on 30 September 2017, harvested on 25 June 2018 and malted in December 2018. The spirit was double distilled in March 2019 and matured in new French oak and in ex-Cognac and ex-bourbon casks. Rozelieures is a farm distillery and maltings in Lorraine, and it follows each whisky from field to bottle. The aromatic profile is described as mineral and saline.
