Rozelieures – Subtil Collection (20cl, 40%)

Subtil Collection is an unpeated French single malt from the Rozelieures distillery in Lorraine, bottled at 40%. It is the distillery's first unpeated single malt. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks, then cognac casks, and refined for a time in new oak, and it has an amber colour. The nose opens with malted cereals, then fresh fruit and quince jam. The palate has a rich, oily texture with dried fruit and vanilla. The finish is long, with soft cereal notes.
