Rozelieures Triple Millésime is a single malt from the Grallet Dupic distillery, made entirely in Lorraine. It is drawn from three Oloroso sherry casks from 2006, 2011 and 2016, and reduced to 43% ABV. Peat does not dominate here. The notes run to cocoa and sweet spices, with a complexity that shows on both nose and palate. It is a limited edition.
