A Jamaican rum distilled in 2000 at Long Pond Distillery and bottled in 2023.
It is limited to 240 bottles worldwide. Long Pond Distillery has a history dating back to 1753 and resumed operations on 26 July 2017 after a four-year closure.
The nose shows light sweetness, banana, pineapple, esters, mango, citrus fruits and spice. The palate is powerful, with mineral notes, vanilla and toasted oak. The finish has burnt sugar, strong ester notes and plenty of fruit.
