A single cask rum from Trinidad, distilled in 1998 and aged for 18 years. It was bottled at 55% vol in a 700 ml bottle.
The colour is reddish, glowing old gold. The nose is deep and powerful, with coffee, wood and a hint of cola. On the palate there are liquorice, coffee beans, light floral and bitter tones, somewhat woody and less sweet than others of its kind.
Rum Nation acts as an independent bottler, offering rums from various production regions.
