Sacred Valley Pisco Quebranta (42%)

Sacred Valley Pisco Quebranta is a Peruvian pisco made from 100% Quebranta grapes, hand-harvested in high-altitude vineyards of the Sacred Valley near Cusco. The juice is fermented naturally and distilled once in copper pot stills. The spirit is unaged and bottled at its distilled strength of about 42% without dilution or additives. The nose is clean and fragrant, with ripe pear, banana, green apple and light almond. The palate is smooth, with stone fruit, mild citrus and soft white chocolate over a creamy texture. The finish is crisp and dry, with grape skin and faint floral notes.
