Sagamore Spirit Cask Strength Rye is an American rye whiskey in a 75cl bottle, blended from straight high-rye and low-rye mash bills aged between 4 and 7 years.
The older whiskey brings deeper chocolate, hazelnut and molasses character, while the 4 year old adds bright citrus and balanced spice. After blending, the distillers add a small amount of limestone-filtered water from a spring house built in 1909.
