Sagamore Spirit – Rye (75cl)

Sagamore Spirit Rye is a Maryland-style rye whiskey in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of two straight rye mash bills, aged for 4 to 6 years in high-char American oak barrels. The first mash bill is high in rye and adds cinnamon and clove. The second is low in rye and contributes caramel, honey and citrus peel. The blend is proofed with limestone-filtered water from a spring house built in 1909.
