This is a Japanese blended whisky from the Sakurao distillery, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It combines malt and grain whiskies.
The blend was aged in bourbon and new American oak barrels, then spent 6 months in IPA-style beer barrels in the underground cellars at Togouchi.
The nose is fresh, with white fruits, citrus fruits and cereals. The palate is round, with hops, spices and cornflakes, and the sweet finish brings honey and sweet spices.
