Sall GLØD 3.2 is a three-year-old single malt from the Danish distillery Sall, and the second release in its GLØD series. It is a single farm whisky, bottled at 52.2% ABV.
The GLØD series is always matured, wholly or partly, in fortified wine casks. This batch spent its time in bourbon, oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which gave it deep notes of caramel, raisins and prunes. It is also light, with citrus notes.
