This is a Danish single malt from Sall Whisky Distillery, matured in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. It is one of the distillery's first special releases.
The nose combines dried fruit, dark chocolate, toasted nuts and oak. The palate is velvety and full, with caramel, spices, vanilla and a light salty sweetness from the sherry casks.
The finish is long and complex, with warming spices, sherry sweetness and a nutty note.
